DeadTown does not offer refunds at this time.

Returns

If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, DeadTown offers a return (or free replacement, including shipping) of the damaged item. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and email address used when purchasing the item.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return request is approved, simply provide photos of the damaged item and we will send you a free replacement (including shipping) to the exact specifications of the original order at no extra cost to you. There is no need to send us the damaged item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, digital downloads and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before making your purchase.
